Refund policy
All sales are final and are non-refundable at The Buttered Biscuit Boutique.

Personalized items are not returnable/refundable/exchangeable under any circumstances at all.

Any item that a discount code is used on/sale items are final sale. We do not replace/discount further for manufacturing defects should your item have one under any circumstances.

Please double check sizing/styles prior to paying for your order, we do not accept returns or exchanges on sizes/styles. We cannot change sizing once the order is placed.
- Please double check invoice prior to paying for your order, we do not accept returns or exchanges if there are errors on the invoice once the invoice is paid. Payment of an invoice confirms the order is correct as orders are placed with our manufacturer based on paid orders only. We cannot make changes to the order once payment is made and the order is placed.
Returns
- Please check your items upon receiving them. Any manufacturer defects must be reported to the Buttered Biscuit Boutique within 7 calendar days of package delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused/unwashed and in the same condition that you received it.
- We issue return labels for items with DEFECTS ONLY. Washed and worn items are not eligible for returns or exchanges under any circumstances.
- Returns must be shipped using the provided shipping label within 48 hours of receiving it. Should you fail to get your defective item in the mail within 48 hours, your item is no longer eligible for a return.
- If we do not have the item in stock to replace your defective item, STORE CREDIT to www.butteredbiscuitboutique.com will be issued upon inspection of said item when it arrives back to the Buttered Biscuit Boutique.
- For any returns, please email us at help@butteredbiscuitboutique.com with your order number, a description, and picture of the defect/damage.
