Shipping policy
SHIPPING INFO:
- Shipping charges are based on weight and are calculated at checkout.
- We have FREE SHIPPING for all $150+ orders placed within the continental US!
- You will receive an automatic email notification with the tracking number for your order. Tracking is included on all domestic orders and can take up to 24 hours to update.

We offer ready to ship items as well as pre-order items. All in-stock items typically ship within 5 business days with pre-orders items shipping within 72 hours of us receiving them. We work extremely hard to unpackage and ship all items as quickly as possible.
- For local monogramming, please add up to an additional 2 weeks to all ETAs.

IMPORTANT: If your order contains in-stock and pre-order items, we will hold all items until all pre-order items arrive to ship a complete order. This also applies if your order contains items with different ETAs. If you need an item sooner, we recommend to check out separately.
POSSIBLE DELAYS:
- All ETAs (estimated time of arrivals) for pre-orders are posted on social media + on your invoice/order when ordering, but are subject to change. Please see our Facebook group for all updates on shipping. Please understand that any manufacturing/shipping delays are out of our control and we will do our best to keep you up to date should any delays arise. When placing an order with Buttered Biscuit Boutique LLC you are agreeing to not hold Buttered Biscuit Boutique LLC liable for any delays in receiving or shipping your paid for items as a result of inclement weather, an act of God, a worldly pandemic, or any natural disasters that are out of our control.
UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES:
- If the address you provided is incorrect and/or unable to be delivered, the customer is responsible for any additional postage needed. An additional flat rate of $6 will be charged to the customer to re-deliver any order that was placed with an incorrect or undeliverable shipping address.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages due to USPS/shipping courier. When ordering through the website the customer has the option to purchase postage with insurance. We recommend doing so to protect your items should they be lost in the mail or not delivered. The Buttered Biscuit Boutique is not responsible for package once they hit the mail stream.
